Facilities Hire

Planning a private function, business meeting, conference or sporting event?

West Gate has many purpose designed community areas available for hire. Including our large high spec warm water swimming pool,  large sports hall, small hall with a kitchen,  soft play room, and MUGA (multi use games area).

Part of our vision for West Gate is a commitment to establish closer links with our local area. Our aim is to ensure widespread community involvement and provide facilities for the whole community to enjoy.

The facilities are available for community and other groups to use out of school hours, on week nights, weekends and school holidays and can be accessed independently of the whole school.

Community Hire Policy 

Swimming Pool

The pool is 1.3 metres deep equipped with interactive lighting and sound making. It offers a complete sensory experience as well as physio therapy and water confidence. Please Note - Our warm water pool is only available for hire to franchised swimming groups that have their own qualified lifeguard, liability insurance and a poolside spotter.   Cost: Please contact the school for hire rates.

Small Hall with Kitchen

We have Small Hall which will be available for functions such as parties, conferences and activity clubs. Cost: Please contact the school for hire rates.

Soft-Play Room can be included with bookings of the Small Hall

Sports Hall

Our main hall caters for all indoor sporting activities with a multi surface hardwearing floor with markings for badminton. We also offer changing facilities which cater for all. Cost: Please contact the school for hire rates.

MUGA / Outdoor Area

The school has an outdoor Multi Use Games Area to suit a variety of different sporting activities and ages, such as 5 aside football. Cost: Please contact the school for hire rates.
